Events

The stage is available for all types of entertainment, weddings, church services, classes, theater productions, and a wide variety of musical events. The Robert Turner Performing Arts Stage was constructed in 2017 through volunteer efforts, donations, and grant funding from the Dane G. Hansen foundation. 

The Threshing Bee is county wide event sponsored by the Jewell County Historical Society that takes place on the 3rd weekend in July. The event includes vendors, food, a tractor show, historical demonstrations, and many more attractions.
